Author and director: Gor Baghdasaryan (15 years old) and David Babayan (15 years old) Cameraman: Vahram Mkhitaryan Topic: “The world fit for children” Description: The film is a story about children, who live in a train wagon. The children look out of the wagon window towards the world, and everything is a blur to them. The laughter of the passengers on the adjacent train, the music, the candy wrappers thrown out of the train windows, the shadows of the trees and the mountains, the rippling of the river – everything is a blur to them. The camera shows the face of the child up-close, and the viewer is under the impression that the children are in motion with the train. However, when the camera shows the bigger picture, the viewer realizes that the children are living in the train wagon, which is parked, and not in motion, surrounded by washing lines. The children are in displacement. Duration/size: 1 minute / 1,95 Mb Year of production: 2002 |
