“The Tree” (Confusion)

I went out to play after my homework was done. I called my friends.
“Vardan, bring your ball.”
“I have none, let Khcho bring his.”
“Don’t you remember? Mine is deflated.”
“Gevorg, you bring yours.”
“If I go, I will not come back any more. My parents will not let me out. Let’s plant a tree.”
Gevorg gave two seeds. We planted both.
“These will turn into large, tall trees in the summer,” Gevorg said.
“Good,” Vardan said, “there will be many pears on the trees and I will eat all them up.”
“No, there will be no pears, just plums,” said Khachik, “I know none of you loves plums and I will eat all of them.”
“Don’t quarrel, something will grow after all. I would prefer different fruits on different branches: apples, pears, peaches, even plums.”
We watered the seeds until the evening. We wanted to see the shoots, but our parents told us to come home at ten at night and so we could not see anything.

“Don't lose your head” (Me and my friend)

Keeping oneself from boasting is the most difficult thing in the world. One wants others to know hat a nice person he or she is or how diligently he or she works.
Once were to write a composition in “Khabarbzik” club on them “If I did not exist”. I didn’t spare myself, I praised my own self, and I told how I helped Gurgen to avoid getting a bad mark. When the paper came out all the children distributed the copies among their friends. I abstained from doing this.

“If I didn't exist...” (If I didn't exist...)

If I didn't exist, half of my class would have got a 'two'. Such a thing happened last Monday. My teacher
placed Gourgen next to me and asked me to help him. I said to Gourgen to copy me quietly. But, why did he get a
two in the end?
